[Example] Test parts with minimum clearance!

We are constantly researching processing conditions and jigs because smaller clearances are required.

We would like to introduce a case where we produced parts for a clearance test as a prototype for wire cutting skill practice. Each dimension was precisely finished and processed to fit together neatly. In the displayed prototype, the clearance was 3 to 5 microns.
